Welcome

Magnus, pictured here, is our latest success story. He now lives with his new young friend Emily who reports he has settled in well, and loves his new home and can't wait to go out and explore the garden. You can see Magnus’ story and lots more on our success stories page.
Maybe you have homed a cat and would like to tell us about them?

Our website is always undergoing updates and changes, so remember to keep checking back for new and interesting updates on a regular basis, including our new Success stories page.

If you have any comments or suggestions on anything you would like to see on here then please email our editor, Alice, at folkestonecats@ntlworld.com  who would welcome any ideas or suggestions.

We always have a selection of cats looking for new homes so if you are looking for a cat to share your life you might be just who one of our cats is looking for.

We are always on the look out for more volunteers so if you feel you have any time to spare, whether it be regular, occasional, or one-off, we would love to hear from you - it's up to you how much time you want to give.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy Christmas!

We would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year from all the Volunteers and Cats at Folkestone and Hythe Cats Protection. Thank you for your support in 2009, without you we couldn’t do what we do to help needy and homeless cats. This year we have neutered in the region of 400 cats and rehomed 105. Your support helps us to keep this up!

Poppy, Tinkerbelle, GeorgeCan you give Poppy, Tinkerbelle, George a home?

Tinkerbelle Poppy and George are pictured here just after their arrival with us so are looking a bit bewildered. They are three lovely young cats that came into our care when their owner could no longer look after them. They have had a difficult start in life and are a little shy at the moment but once settled in their new home will quickly make lovely family pets. All three are sweet natured, gentle cats but due to their shyness would appreciate a fairly quiet home perhaps with older children to allow them to find their feet and settle in, in their own time.
Read more about Poppy, Tinkerbelle, George and more cats looking for new homes.
